Final Meeting for S.A.F.E.Oceans Today!!!

Hey everyone!!! Hope you guys had a great Thanksgiving. Today, we will be having our final meeting before our movie night. We will be discussing the future of S.A.F.E.Oceans and what projects we want to focus on next semester. I also want to make sure we keep things a bit more structured next year. I kind of let things get a little haywire this semester and I don't want to do that again. We will also be discussing which movie we will be watching and how we want to advertise that. I also want to inform everyone of the credit hours that are going to be offered to thise who work on the Wetlands project in Port Aransas next spring. Ok, the meeting will be held in the Union, Rm. 3.116 at 6pm. See you all there! ~AMI

No Meeting Today!

Hello Everyone!

There will be no meeting today...our last meeting before the end of the semester will be next Monday and we will be putting stuff together for our last movie night and hearing ideas for next semester. Take care and Happy Thanksgiving!!

Port Aransas this weekend

Hi Guys!! Details on the trip this weekend are listed here:

We will be leaving at 5:30pm from the bus circle (San Jacinto and 23rd) on Sat. You need to bring blankets or sleeping bags for the dorm rooms. We will most likely all be staying in the same building and will be meeting around 9am on Sunday morning to get started on our stuff. We will be going out into the wetlands, marsh area so bring sandals or shoes that can get dirty. Also, if you have a wetsuit, you might want to bring it...the water may be cold and I don't know if we are taking core samples again or not.
